How Our Rail Supply Process Works
We ensure secure, transparent, and contract-backed supply of R50 and R65 sectional cut steel rails for manufacturing and construction needs. Every transaction is carefully documented and verified to protect all parties.
Step 1: Non-Circumvention & NDA Agreement
-
Buyer signs the NCNDA and shares it along with an ID copy.
-
Two unsigned copies of the NCNDA are notarized, authenticated by the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Qatari Embassy.
Step 2: Contract With Buyer
-
Seller signs an SPA with the buyer, committing to a revolving, divisible, confirmed MT700 Letter of Credit, enabling partial shipments and port-based payment.
-
The L/C is funded in four equal installments over the year.
Step 3: Proforma Invoice & Bank Confirmation
-
Seller issues a Proforma Invoice (PO) to Buyer.
-
Seller requests issuance of a SWIFT MT705, confirming the intent to open the MT700 L/C.
-
Seller verifies authenticity before issuing Proof of Product (POP).
Step 4: Final Buyer Onboarding
-
Final buyer signs NCNDA (no notarization at this stage).
-
Notarization and authentication follow before sharing one original with the seller.
-
Proforma Invoice issued to the final buyer.
Step 5: L/C Issuance & Shipment
-
Buyer opens the confirmed MT700 L/C, initially funded with one-quarter of contract value.
-
Seller receives the L/C officially via bank documentation.
-
Shipment preparation begins: rails loaded on vessels (Dry Bulk Ducma) to the designated port.
Step 6: Ongoing Shipments & Payment
-
Second, third, and fourth installments funded automatically every two months.
-
Monthly or quarterly shipments continue until full contracted quantity is delivered.
